The Mitbringsl Lodge is located directly in the center of Serfaus. In just one-minute walking distance you’ll find the underground. It is for free and takes you directly to the cable car’s valley station. Both grocery stores and a drugstore can be found very close to your apartment. The ski meadow is only five minutes away from your apartment. In winter children (3-4 y/o) can attend the ski courses that are offered there.

Your apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. On the departure day we would kindly ask you to check out until 9am.

Our apartments are pet friendly. We charge an extra fee of €50,00 per dog/week.

In the event of cancellation, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH) apply:

• No fee for cancellations up to 3 months before the start of your holiday
• 40% of the total costs for cancellations 3 months to 1 month before the start of your holiday
• 70% of the total costs for cancellations 1 month or 1 week before arrival
• 90% of the total costs for cancellations only one week prior to arrival

Obligation to use snow chains:
We recommend bringing your snow chains. Snowy and icy roads are common in the winter sport region Serfaus. Snow chains are mandatory for safety reasons.

Travel Insurance:
Sometimes the unexpected happens. This is why we recommend our guests to complete a travel insurance.

Potable water:
We are proud of the quality of our water. It is not necessary to bring potable water with you on holiday, nor buy plastic bottles. The tap water comes directly from the mountain and is the best potable water you can get here. Let’s do it for our planet!

Our apartments are smoke-free. We would therefore like to point out that smoking is only allowed outdoors.
