Cancellation and corona measures Mitbringsl Lodge (as of: 09/28/2020)

Dear guests,
We know that the current situation – due to the Coronavirus – is still very unsettling and making your vacation planning difficult. The situation is constantly changing and reliable statements are difficult to make, especially in this times.
But we want to do everything to make your holiday booking this winter season with us here in Serfaus-Fiss Ladis as carefree and also risk-free as possible despite the Covid-19 situation. Therefor we put together the most important topics relating to our changed cancellation conditions.
As before, all cancellations are subject to the general terms and conditions of the Mitbringsl Lodge, but due to the current situation we have changed our conditions for the entire winter season 2020/2021 so that you can continue to book your holiday with us without a risk.
A free cancellation of your vacation at the Mitbringsl Lodge is possible at any time if:

  • an arrival or departure to Austria cannot be guaranteed due to a border closure.
  • Austria, Tyrol or the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region are classified as a risk area in your home country or a public travel warning is issued by your government for our region due to Covid-19.

In these cases advanced payments will either be returned or used in form of a voucher for future bookings with us.

Our safety and hygiene measures for your health

The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority, which is why we ask all of our guests to adhere to the following guidelines during their stay:

  • Please keep a minimum distance of at least one meter to other people who do not belong to your household
  • Please refrain from shaking hands and hugs when greeting
  • Make sure you wash and disinfect your hands regularly
  • Please let us know without hesitation if you feel ill or show any signs of Corona related symptoms during your stay to help us keeping the risk of spread for all of us as low as possible
  • Please use the opportunity to make reservations online for services such as booking for ski school lessons or registration for renting sports equipment or depotspaces in the shops

We also do our best to ensure that you can enjoy a carefree and relaxing holiday with us. In order to guarantee you the highest possible safety, we have implemented the following measures for you:

  • All holiday apartments are ventilated with the greatest care after each departure and all surfaces are disinfected with anti-viral detergents
  • In all apartments you will find an anti-viral disinfection for your hands
  • When welcoming and handing over the apartment keys, all our employees wear mouth and nose protection and adhere to all recommendations of the health and hygiene regulations of the WHO and the tourism association
